I’ve been feeling a little bit blah lately, not really sure why. It might be a delayed come-down after my holiday, it might be the fact that I have to start working again now that semester’s started, or that I’ve got much less money in my bank account than I’m comfortable with, and I won’t get paid for over a month, or it might be the weather. That last certainly does make it harder to get out of bed, particularly in my cold cold room. Could be all of the above. Grr.

But lolcats came to my rescue tonight. There’s nothing quite like lolcats for prompting a good happy-chemical-releasing laugh… This was the series of laugh-out-loud lolcats that greeted me today:

I <3 lolcats. They make the world a better place.

I also found a new webcomic - not so laugh-inducing, but good in a different way. It’s called Anders Loves Maria, and it’s a story about Anders and Maria (as you might have guessed), and their um, complicated relationship. It’s a good story. It’s also Not Safe For Work. Don’t look if you’re upset by cartoon sex scenes….
